Bert Failor
Bert has been a resident of Raccoon Twp since 1981. He is a retired Fire Marshall for the Pennsylvania State Police, currently resides on Valley View Lane. Joined the department in May 1982. Bert is a second generation firefighter who joined to serve his community.
